Customer Review: Disappointed
This product is a huge disappointment! We replaced our previous B&D spacemaker with this new one. It worked well for a few days, then started leaking coffee & grounds all over the counter and also grounds into the carafe. The Brew Basket seems to pop open, thus causing the problem. We thought we were purchasing a well made product, considering the Black and Decker name, but obviously not! Their “quality” of product has definately gone down hill and I would NOT recommend this product!
Customer Review: Poor quality
The Black & Decker SpaceMaker Under-The-Counter Coffee Maker needed spacers to keeping it from leaking all the water out, but even with these it leaks 3 cups of water duing a 12 cup perk. I would try a new one if I can get this one replaced, because I have had good luck with Black & Decker in the past.
